It was a lovely Thanksgiving. We went to a friend's house for lunch. Too much food and not enough football. Had to be at work by 3pm so, not enough football.
Sigh...
I love my job.
Me: "Thanks for calling computer support..."
Customer: (interrupting me) "I need my password reset."
Me: "...may I have your last name please?"
Customer: "...I need my password reset."
Me: "May I please have your last name."
Customer: "Can't you just reset my password?"
Me: "Yes. I can."
Customer: "Well?"
Me: "Which password?"
He tells me.
Me: "OK. What's your last name."
Customer: (exasperated)"Why do you keep asking me for my name?"
Me: "Well, who's password should I reset then?"
Customer: "Oh. Uh... sorry."
Schmuck...
