I'm a helpdesk technician. This means that I help people, with computer problems, over the phone. All of my customers are employees of my company and the large portion of these people are located in a major city. They can be a bit impatient and if they detect any weakness (in your voice) they will pounce on you like a lion on raw meat.
Don't worry, I do not plan to use this blog to vent about my work. I may add a humorous moment or two though.
